Our Honey
We pride ourselves in providing seasonal, varietal honey.
Most commercially available honey is a mixture from various (sometimes questionable) sources, often heated or modified to make packaging and distribution easier.
We take great efforts to produce the best quality and tasting honey that reflects the local flora as well as the changing of the seasons. We harvest twice a year, to provide a summer and fall varietal honey.
