Briar Way Honey Farms was established in 2020 with two goals, to dedicate land specifically for the preservation of pollinators, and create the best tasting honey possible. We have over 10 acres designated to curating flora for both abundant nourishment as well as ideal tasting notes in our local honey. Specifically we have 3 different types of clover, creeping thyme, and many native wildflowers. Additionally we are embracing arboriculture and planting trees known throughout the world for the prized honey the help produce, including Linden, Tupelo, and Acacia.
